"However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion."

December 17, 2019 Rallies for Impeachment

Doral, Fl @ trump golf resort

We are meeting on December 17, 2019 at the corner of NW 87th Ave and NW 36th St and will rally there from 11:30-2:30.

Media has been invited and is expected to attend!  Let's put on a good show!

Reminders:

We are protesting peacefully with conviction, but not rage.  This is a solemn moment for our democracy and our Constitution, so let our behavior reflect that.  We will stay on the public sidewalk and off the street and off the grass near the Trump sign.

There will be several event marshals identified with a yellow reflective vest.  It is their job to keep the demonstration lawful (off the roadway and off of private property) and peaceful.  If there is a disruption, or if you are feeling unsafe or unwell, please  bring it to their attention and they will deal with it.

Bring:

-Signs + banners! (no thick wood or metal poles) Suggested messages: No One Is Above The Law, Defend Democracy, Impeach & Remove, Convict & Jail, Constitution Over Corruption.

-Noisemakers! Drums, bells, whistles (no airhorns!) or other musical instruments to keep our energy up.

-Your most patriotic attire! We are defending democracy and the rule of law! The right wing does not get to decide what patriotism means.

-Unwrapped toys or canned goods for immigrant detainees. We are collecting goods for the Friends of Miami-Dade Detainees.

OFFICE OF SENATOR MARCO RUBIO

Now that the House of Representatives has vote, it is up to the Senate to uphold their oath to the Constitution and fairly hear the evidence against Donald Trump.

We will be at Senator Rubio's office regularly starting this Thursday, December 19!

RALLY ON THURSDAY, 12-19-19 9 AM TO 10:30 AM Office of Senator Marco Rubio 7400 SW 87th Ave Ste 270 Miami, FL 33173

Bring your signs and whistles and join us. Events will be visible, family-friendly, public gatherings to demonstrate to our lawmakers that their constituents are behind them to defend the Constitution—and that Trump has left them no alternative to uphold their oath of office but to support impeachment and removal.

All actions are intended to be nonviolent and peaceful. We expect all participants to act lawfully at all times and to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.

William Barr

United States Attorney General

Appointed by Donald Trump Feb. 14, 2019

This is his second time as Attorney General having served under George H. W. Bush from 1991 - 1993

Since his appointment controversy on his commitment to protect and cover up a blatantly corrupt President has left many questioning his integrity and ability to do what is right for the American people rather than hide the guilt of a criminal for money and power at all costs.

KEY CONTROVERSY 1:

His summary on the Mueller Report was so misleading to the actual report that Robert Mueller wrote an open letter to Mr. Barr sternly and crisply admonishing him for his purposeful misinterpretation of his report.

READ William Barr's findings here

READ Robert Mueller's rebuke here

In short, The Mueller Report was reviewed by Mr. Barr to which he wrote a summary to the findings stating that the President was fully exonerated.  Which of course he was not exonerated but much of the redacted material was redacted as to not harm other multiple on going investigations that involved Mr. Trump.

SMACKDOWN:  Judge Orders Barr to Turn Over Complete Mueller Report

   Amee  Vanderpool Mar 6

On Thursday, a federal judge ordered the Department of Justice to deliver a copy of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s unreacted report to the court while taking aim at Attorney General William Barr in his ruling by accusing him of misrepresenting Mueller’s findings in the days leading  up to submitting it to Congress.

Judge Reggie B. Walton, a federal district court judge in Washington, is reviewing this case as a result of two Freedom of Information Act suits claiming that the D.O.J.’s privileged  classification for the Mueller Report is improper and that the redactions need to be reviewed by an independent party. Walton expressed his difficulty in reconciling A.G. Barr's public comments about the report with what was actually contained in the Mueller  Report. Walton also cited a “lack of candor” on Barr’s part and that “call[s] into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility.”

"The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have access to the redacted version of the Mueller Report to assess the veracity of his statements, and portions of the redacted version of the Mueller Report  that conflict with those statements cause the Court to seriously question whether Attorney General Barr made a calculated attempt to influence public discourse about the Mueller Report in favor of President Trump despite certain findings in the redacted version  of the Mueller Report to the contrary. These circumstances generally, and Attorney General Barr’s lack of candor specifically, call into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility as well as the DOJ's arguments in a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.”  — Judge Walton in his ruling

The judge said that A.G. Barr's public statements about the report have led him to question the veracity of the redaction arguments made so far by the D.O.J. and whether those redactions  are actually proper. Walton went on to say, "The Court has grave concerns about the objectivity of the process that preceded the public release of the redacted version of the Mueller Report and its impacts on the Department’s subsequent justifications that its redactions of the Mueller Report  are authorized by the FOIA."

Judge Walton has stated that he intends to review the full report in order to confirm that the D.O.J. redactions are warranted and appropriate. The judge also intends to review whether the redactions that have been made are subject to a current Freedom of Information request  (F.O.I.A.)

Walton is currently presiding over two consolidated F.O.I.A. suits brought by Jason Leopold, a Buzzfeed journalist, and the nonprofit Electronic Privacy Information Center (E.P.I.C.). Both parties are demanding that the Justice Department be ordered to release the full, un-redacted version of Mueller’s Report to the public. Judge Walton has also confirmed that the un-redacted version  of the report will not be released to the public in the interim while he is reviewing it.

Judge Walton, who was appointed to the federal bench by George W. Bush, seemed to focus the crux of his opinion on the public statements made by William Barr leading up to the April  18, 2019 release of the Muller Report. Walton also focused his ruling on Barr’s March 24 letter, where the attorney general chose to summarize the findings of the report before sending it to Congressional Committee Chairs. In his letter, Barr told Congress that the Mueller probe did not turn up evidence “the Trump campaign or anyone  associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia in its efforts to influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election.”

Barr went on to explain that the evidence Mueller presented “does not establish that the president was involved in an underlying crime related to Russian election interference.” According  to Barr, this premise was the reason Mueller decided not to make a traditional prosecutorial recommendation in the obstruction of justice portion of the report. At the time of Barr’s letter, there was substantial controversy surrounding his decision to summarize  Mueller’s intentions without any direct testimony or explanation from Mueller or his team.

In his ruling, Judge Walton also took issue with a press conference Barr held immediately before the Justice Department released the Mueller report and downplayed the report’s findings.  Walton found that there was an apparent effort by Barr to soften the impact of the Mueller report and that this initiative raises questions about whether the Justice Department has made appropriate redactions and whether the exempted status the D.O.J. used  for the report under the Freedom of Information Act is proper.

Judge Walton said that all of the evidence surrounding Barr’s statements and actions make the explanations given by the D.O.J. “misleading at best,” especially considering that the Mueller  Report did turn up evidence of contacts between people associated with the Trump campaign and Russia. Moreover, even if these “associations” do not constitute a conspiracy as defined under federal criminal law, at the very least Barr’s summary of the obstruction  portion significantly downplayed Mueller’s actual findings and conclusion.

Judge Burke has ordered the D.O.J. to hand over the un-redacted Mueller Report by March 30. The Department of Justice has yet to respond in any public way with a comment.

In short, most recently copies of written phone messages on WhatsApp between himself and Lev Parnas were entered by the House January 14, 2020 as further evidence in the ongoing Ukraine scandal and the impeachment of Donald Trump.  The "chat" correspondence  included discussions involving Maria Yovanovitch.  It clearly infers during the exchange in March 2019 that Hyde has an inside man available for a price to do as instructed.  To read the damning evidence: Lev Parnas Communication

In response to the new documents provided by Lev Parnas, friend and colleague of Mr. Hyde, Hyde tweeted this reply: “These are bad people.  I am out to expose their actions. Attack me all you want, get the facts first. The media is against me because they’re either complicit or have a hand in it.  I welcome an investigation.  I’ll provide my email password and hand my phone over, bring it on. #hyde”

On Thursday, January 16, 2020, the FBI paid a visit to the home of Mr. Hyde.

Meanwhile, Twitter feed posts allege that immediately following the public release of the documents that Hyde was busy deleting all posts prior to 2019.  This has not been verified however.

KellyAnne Conway

Counselor to the President

Formerly Donald Trump Campaign Manager

She lived in Trump Towers with husband George Conway in 2001 - 2008 where it is said they first met Donald Trump. The rest is history.

Her husband is George Conway, Attorney.  He loathes Donald Trump and happily tweets daily with anti-Trump rhetoric much to the disapproval of his spouse.  One must ponder how she is able to keep her job in light of the public abuse Mr. Trump receives daily from her husband.

Nothing can describe Mr. Conway and his relationship with  his wife better than Mrs. Conway herself.  Having been quoted referring to her husband when their courtship began and blossomed into the full ripe ready-to-burst relationship it is today:

"I find that his near-constant presence doesn't annoy me."

A solid basis for any relationship to be sure.

Conway began working for Trump in 2015 when he asked her to work on his campaign.   She would became the first female campaign manager of a Republican presidential campaign in history.

In August 2020 during Donald Trumps RNC acceptance of his 2020 nomination for re-election as President of the United States - KellyAnne Conway announced she would be resigning from her post the end of the same month siting family reasons.

This announcement comes only a week after Steve Bannon's arrest. The former Chief Strategist for the 2016 Trump campaign was arrested for defrauding donors in a border wall scheme .

SENATOR SUSAN COLLINS

SENATOR SUSAN COLLINS

SENATOR SUSAN COLLINS

Republican - Maine

Senator Susan Collins enjoys her time in front of the camera; flip flopping from one interview to the next just like her see sawing back and forth in any important decision making.  The appearance made to seem that her decisions to vote for or against having witness' and the decision to convict or acquit the president during the impeachment trial -was a difficult one.  Of course, this was a transparent tactic having been well-established that Mitch McConnell controlled all decisions and votes of his Republican Senators making all decisions for them himself in coordination with the President which he readily admitted on national publicized television.  A puppet master in complete control of his flock of meek sheep fearful of the presidents' wrath, losing their job, or just blindly following their leader in hopes of monetary praise for their submission.

In the end, as most suspected, Susan Collins voted in suit as she was ordered to vote to acquit even in the face of blatant evidence against Donald J. Trump.

Soon after Senator Collins was awarded $9.5 million dollars from the federal government for public housing improvements in Maine. As well as, $4.5 million dollars from the federal government to improve Portland, Maine's airport.   Coincidences?  OR the  reward  for her allegiance and trampling of the Constitution?  The public will decide.

March 3, 2020 - Ms. Collins is upset that her Maine constituents are starting to turn on her.

And so it begins.

A Eulogy for the Republican Party

"Ashes to Ashes"

“Ring-a-round the rosie,

A pocket full of posies,

Ashes! Ashes!

We all fall down."

A simple song the children sang,

The Plague, black death, on breath did hang.

Posies in pockets could not protect,

From small red rings announcing death.

From ashes they came, to ashes they fell,

Not fooled by posies, death cast its’ spell.

We watch the trial of a foolish man,

His followers sing while holding hands.

“He'll give us riches, and White shall reign!”

Bigotry seals their decisive shame.

Simple fools hitch to his lies,

Stare at the ground, instead of the skies.

Democracy, where freedom rings,

Is threatened by fake offerings.

Trump’s betrayal of liberty,

Has wrenched apart what once was “we.”

Now it is hatred between “us” and “them,”

The fire fueled by Republicans.

"Cage brown children! Attack human rights!

Trod down the poor! Keep this nation White!"

Beware, oh leaders of the land,

Democracy will surely stand!

This cruel circle you refuse to break,

And reject to honor the oath you take.

Not a bit impartial, and gravely unfair,

Ignore all evidence, slumber in chairs.

Your false king daily spreads his plague,

Your arrogance is badly played.

Republicans take hands and sing,

A foolish song of rosie ring.

Your party’s demise is your sure fate,

No pocket posies at your waist.

And even if there might have been,

Ashes to Ashes, your song’s end.

Ashes, Ashes, you all fall down.

No fake king, no fake crown.

Lady Liberty with hand held high,

Will shed her light on this darkest sky.

Then all the children will rise and sing,

With joy at the final reckoning.

Children welcomed from every land,

To be cherished and held by gentle hands.

No more cruelty, harm, or hate,

New songs of life for them await.

This sad eulogy should not be,

But Republicans, this seems your plea.

Unless you step from dark to light,

“We all fall down!” Your certain plight.

Volume V - Senate Intel Committee Findings

Excerpt on Paul Manafort

Paul Manafort , (U) Paul Manafort's connections to Russia and Ukraine began in approximately late 2004 with the start of his work for Oleg Deripaska and other Russia-aligned oligarchs in Ukraine. The Committee found that Deripaska conducts influence operations, frequently in countries where he has a significant economic interest. The Russian government coordinates with and directs Deripaska on many of his influence operations. (U) From approximately 2004 to 2009, Manafort implemented these influence operations on behalf of Deripaska, including a broad, multi-million dollar political influence campaign directed at numerous countries of interest to Deripaska and the Russian government. Pro-Russian Ukrainian oligarchs with deep economic ties to Russia also paid Manafort tens of millions of dollars and formed strong ties with Manafort independent of Deripaska. (U) Manafort hired and worked increasingly closely with a Russian national, Konstantin Kilimnik. Kilimnik is a Russian intelligence officer. Kilimnik became an integral part of Manafort's operations in Ukraine and Russia, serving as Manafort's primary liaison to Deripaska and eventually managing Manafort's office in Kyiv. Kilimnik and Manafort formed a close and lasting relationship that endured to the 2016 U.S. elections. and beyond. (U) Prior to joining the Trump Campaign in March 2016 and continuing throughout his time 6n the Campaign, Manafort directly and indirectly communicated with Kilimnik, Deripaska, and the pro-Russian oligarchs in Ukraine. On numerous occasions, Manafort sought to secretly share internal Campaign information with Kilimnik. The Committee was unable to reliably determine why Manafort shared sensitive internal polling data or Campaign strategy with Kilimnik or with whom Kilimnik further shared that information. The Committee had limited insight into Kilimnik's communications with Manafort and into Kilimnik's communications with other individuals connected to Russian influence operations, all of whom used communications security practices. The Committee obtained some information suggesting Kilimnik may have been connected to the GRU's hack and leak operation targeting the 2016 U.S. election. until Beginning while he was Campaign chairman and continuing with Kilimnik a peace plan for eastern Ukraine that After the election, Manafort continued to coordinate with Russian persons, particularly Kilimnik and other individuals close to Deripaska, in an effort to undertake activities on their behalf. Manafort worked with Kilimnik starting in 2016 on narratives that sought to undermine evidence that Russia interfered in .the 2016 U.S. election.
